Todd Doze: CEO | Alpha II

Todd joined Alpha II in 2020, from TransUnion, where he held the position of vice president of reimbursement solutions. Previously, Todd was the CEO of Healthcare Payment Specialists, where he led meaningful growth from 2012 to its acquisition by TransUnion in 2018. Prior to that, Todd was a partner and co-founder of Trinity Healthcare Resources after beginning his career as a consultant at Southwest Consulting Associates.

Todd earned his BA from Southwestern University and also holds an MBA from Texas Christian University. Todd enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, traveling, cooking, skiing, boating, cribbage, and playing piano.
